Tristan built Tennessee’s Choice Plumbing with one goal in mind. Do plumbing the right way and build a team people can actually trust in their homes.
He got into the trade because he enjoys solving problems and working with his hands, but what drives him now is raising the standard for what customers should expect from a plumber. That means clear options, upfront pricing, and work that is done correctly the first time.
He is not interested in being the cheapest option. He is focused on being the one you feel confident calling again.
Outside of work, Tristan is a husband and dad who spends his time with family, reading, and constantly working to improve both the business and the team.
Fun fact: He started the company at 22 and built it into one of the most recognized plumbing companies in Northwest Tennessee.
Office Manager
Mandy is the one who keeps everything moving from the moment you call to the moment the job is complete.
She joined the team to help support growth, but quickly became the person customers rely on to make the process simple and smooth. She handles scheduling, answers questions, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.
If you have ever had a stressful experience trying to book service, Mandy is the reason this one feels different.
Outside of work, she has been married for over 20 years, has three kids and a granddaughter, and spends time raising Nigerian Dwarf goats with her family.
Fun fact: She held school records in both basketball and softball.
Service Technician
Dustin is the kind of technician you want when something is not working the way it should.
He enjoys figuring out what is actually causing the problem and fixing it the right way instead of rushing through a temporary repair. He communicates clearly, walks you through your options, and makes sure you understand what is being done before the work starts.
You can expect someone who takes pride in his work and wants it done right before he leaves.
Outside of work, Dustin is a husband and father who enjoys remodeling, boating, camping, and anything outdoors. He also raises miniature dachshunds.
Fun fact: He is known around the team as the one who can fix just about anything.
Service Technician
Jayden takes pride in helping people get their homes back to normal.
He is known for how he communicates with customers. He listens, explains things in a way that makes sense, and works with you to find the best solution for your situation.
He understands that plumbing problems can be stressful, so he focuses on keeping things calm, clear, and handled the right way from start to finish.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his fiancée, riding motorcycles, and working on projects at home.
Fun fact: He is just as comfortable cooking a meal as he is solving a plumbing issue.
Install Technician
Kellie is a key part of the installation team and enjoys seeing projects come together from start to finish.
She focuses on doing clean, solid work that holds up long after the job is done. She shows up ready to work, keeps a positive attitude, and makes sure everything is completed the way it should be.
If you have an install project, she is someone you can count on to see it through the right way.
Outside of work, she spends time with her dog, Brodie.
